I don't owe an apology to anyone who is associated with this organization OR has been associated with this organization.

They have ruined my love of the White Sox and baseball.

They can all eat a Dick!!!

The same one? Or do they all get individual dicks?

Neither sounds pleasant, but the former is obviously much easier.

The budget for dicks has been cut.  Everyone has to share the team dick now.  We aren't the Dodgers.

They all have to find their own.

Not gonna make it easy for them

Has he ever publicly discussed his reasons? I know it's tough to leave a place you put down roots, and the Chicagoland area is a great place to live and raise a family.

And to piggyback on a post prior, I want to hear apologies from this organization not excuses and whining. I'm not apologizing to anyone past or recently present in the organization.

That would be a really good name for an obscure band.

Probably a ska band.

“ska revival isn’t cool you stupid f***”

I’m not calling you a stupid f***, I’m merely suggesting that your excellent idea would work better without a trumpet, perhaps a punk band. My brother played the trumpet growing up and he was really bad at it. I would die happy if I never heard a trumpet ever again.

This thread rocks btw. Peak Sox talk content.

I was a huge Hahn fan during the rebuild but it was time. He made a ton of mistakes, especially with regard to rounding out the roster.

You will never be able to persuade me that he was told who to draft or sign. He may have been subject to rules regarding length of contracts and other matters, but he still made the decision to sign the players he did. He was also incapable of drafting worth s%*#. The only regret I have with the firing was who they replaced him with.
