None of the in-game managing stuff matters right now. Have Getz do the roster and let celebrity managers work with Grady on the day to day lineup, etc. Veeck as in Wreck. I would love to see Sal Fasano get an interview. One of the nicest and smartest baseball guys I've ever talked to. What a waste of time. Identify a guy and go get him. Geez. The best job searches are ones in which the guys in charge identify 1, 2, 3 individuals they REALLY want and they go get that person. You can overthink it. I have always got the good vibe/sugar coated stuff about Buck from MLB network and ESPN because he was on the shows as an analyst. I like Keith Law coming out with what he really thinks. I do remember Ozzie taking a few digs at Buck calling him, "Mr. Baseball". But with Ozzie I kind of take with a grain of salt. Boopa1219
I wish MLB covered their hiring processes like NFL teams do. When an NFL team interviews a candidate for GM/HC, it’s always reported on by the team. I wish MLB had that transparency
