I don’t know about all that but hopefully he’s a genetic splice of Dustin Pedroia and Kevin Youkilis.  It would be nice if he can be a legit starter at 2B.  It would also be nice to get a legit SS or CF prospect for Robert now.

I can throw water on the flames as well as anybody but I won't. The person who said they'd trade Meidroth for Crochet is being silly. I'm optimistic cause I'm down on pitchers' value as a whole and the Sox acquired 3 position players. I just wish Monte2 was ready earlier than 2026.

Montgomery isn't finished yet, is he at SS? That would be disappointing if so.

Hopefully in a few years it's not another rinse and repeat.

The biggest black hole is the ownership.

Be giddy all you want over these prospects but development and scouting will be suspect.

I guess you can be thrilled with Birmingham.
