It's all any hitter tries to do and doesn't care if he K's as long as he tries to hit a HR. And here it's our main weakness. No pop in the bats. Hilarity. Cubs, for example, have scored six runs in the last two innings...tied 8-8 with Texas. That's our entire spring offense. Expand Weird how you can keep such good track of the run differential but you can't add up the amount of runs the Sox have scored in all their games so far. They're not scoring many but they had 9 in the first 3 games so short changing them seems rather pointless .
WhiteSox2023
The Sox have the worst record (1-6) and the worst run differential (-25) of any team this spring. Impressive. Expand There's absolutely no reason to believe we can win 50 games. Even the rare games we do well we could blow it via closer, set up guy or absolutely no bats on certain nights. If Sox are as bad as last year I hope the word 'contraction' comes up in the national media at least.

Hyperbole doesn't exit except in political forums, clearly. For example..Zelensky has thanked a certain someone 29 previous times, but it's still not enough.
