Was is an overuse injury just due to the muscle work. Or was it being overused due to the ligament laxity and it was trying to hold the joint together. Expand Not necessarily true. While the surgery and rehab is longer in the short term for the UCL reconstruction, bone spurs develop due to excessive stress and can show up again.
