Jankowski is going to be released within a week or so and has already started 50% of our games when we have at least five other dudes who can play the OF (maybe six with Maton?). Just very hard to fathom why any competent manger would do this? Expand There was something Harold said about him forgetting game plans in a future Future Sox thread yesterday but that's unsubstantiated. I countered with it didn't seem to hurt Burke went he started game one and a lot of times how you pitch depends on situations. Expand Why aren't the Sox at least #3-5? Robert is the only veteran player with any trade value...and he's actually still younger than the average rostered player. We need to be near the youngest by the end of this season IMO. Dealing/waiving Martin Perez will be one aspect of that.
