greasywheels121
No, but it is Ross Meister. f*** KW...Miles was better...i dunno I thought so at least... Miles really seemed to be just one of those career minor leaguers.....I really don't think this deal can hurt us; if anything, it should help. Yes but...are we trading Valentin? It seems unlikely...remember, Alomar is the unsigned one here...maybe KW knows something else...

True.....I really think this trade leads to a Jose trade....Hopefully that LA deal is close to go through.
The Beast
Yes Mr. Grease, but then who is the 1b? Daubach??? Please don't say Thomas.
greasywheels121
Yes Mr. Grease, but then who is the 1b? Daubach??? Please don't say Thomas. Eh you got a point there.......however, if you look around the league, offensive mined 1B are a dime a dozen...We'll have something there. The Critic
Yes Mr. Grease, but then who is the 1b? Daubach??? Please don't say Thomas. I'd give Frank a shot at 1B again if PK is traded. He impressed me out there in his limited play last season, and it's been well-documented that playing defense has a great impact on his offensive numbers. He needs to be out there so he doesn't overthink every at-bat in the dugout for 45 minutes until his next AB. If he should falter, let's be real - you can slap a 1B glove on almost anyone and get by. That's where everyone used to throw their used-up catchers ( some teams still do, right, Mike Piazza? ), 3Bs and OFs. Hell, wasn't PK a 3B before he moved over? witesoxfan
Holy s***, if you go apes*** over an Aaron Miles for Juan Uribe deal, CALM THE HELL DOWN. It's a trade of a career utility guy for a career minor league utility guy. Maybe in Colorado he can be a decent utility guy...hell, maybe even a good 2B man. He sure as hell wasn't going to get the shot to try from us, so why not ship him off? It's like being upset about a stock on the market dropping a cent when the actual value of the stock is $50. mac9001
a conversation has to involve two people I don't know, what about people with split personalities and lets not forget the drunk and stoned; they seem to do a lot of talking to themselves.
