BurlyMan56
Bonzi Wells is headed to the Grizzlies in exchange for veteran Wesley Person... Could be a great deal if the Grizzlies can get Wells' head straightened out...I like the guy he has alot of talent but another one of those headcases...Hopefully a change a scenery and maybe he'll take Ron Artest's example.. southsider2k5
I wonder if Jerry West and Hubie Brooks can get this kid straightened out? He has a huge amount of talent (of course he is from IN) and it is a complete waste for this kid to be acting like an idiot.
MurcieOne
The Portland Trailblazers......... are seriously like a gang...... they should change the name to the TrailBlazAs

Brown got Jason Williams straightened out when nobody thought they could get along. If anyone can turn Bonzi around it's Hubie.

Was JWill in nearly as much trouble as Bonzi though? Wells has a bunch of arrests dating back all of the way to HS, and going through Ball St, and into Portland. Bighurt52235
People sure are excited about his departure. Alot of people called in to the postgame show last night and said that they're going to buy a bunch of tickets because he is gone, and more if Sheed exits town too. People are just tired of all that s***.
southsider2k5
Well Bonzi gets at least short term revenge as the Grizzlies beat the Jail Blazers led by 17 points from Wells.

Bighurt52235
there games are pretty packed regardless, they didnt always sell out but always had 3/4-3/5 the seats full. They used to sell out all the time, over 100 straight. Ended two years ago. I was at the first night that it stopped. You moved? Then you haven't noticed that attendance has gone down the s***ter this year. The 11 lowest attended games in the history of the Rose Garden have all come this year, in only 12 contests! The one that wasn't was Opening night against Lebron, or it would have been poorly attended as well.

I just looked it up, and the Blazers sold out their last 809 games at the Memorial Colisseum! That's impressive. I do know that they had a streak of just over 100 at one point for the Rose Garden that ended two years ago.

Bighurt52235
That is almost 20 years Yes. Their championship year of 76-77 (or 77-78, I always get seasons confused because of the double year thing) until they moved to the Rose Garden in 94-95.
