RibbieRubarb
Dodgers GM Dan Evans reportedly isn't very interested in trading Odalis Perez for Paul Konerko after all. The offer apparently is still out there if Evans changes his mind. Since both players are a year away from free agenct, Perez for Carlos Lee would make more sense for the Dodgers. FlaSoxxJim
Source: http://www.rotoworld.com/display1.asp?spor...yers&x=5908&y=0 That's not good news.
The Critic
Ehh, I'll just wait and see. "Sources" have been saying both yes and no, so someone's gonna be right - let's see who IS right. LA does need offense, I think PK can still provide offense for them, the Sox need starting pitching and Perez will give them a fairly solid lefty, so it's not an absurd trade by any stretch. I'm with you on that one...somehow kenny always pulls something out of his ass...whether its good or bad, he has surprised me since he's been here, so im willing to wait and see
103 mph screwball
He'll keep Lee. Or at least get more than Perez. Or forget it. Might the Cardinals, Baltimore, maybe Yankees want Konerko for the right deal?
The Beast
It will be Perez, Mota for Valentin, Konerko and Rauch...IMO.
quickman
Have the dodgers traded anyone? Personally I think the Dodgers (dan Evans) can't trade anyone. All these rumors are bulls***. Danny Evans can't pull any triggers.
Pastime
I just hope that if there is a deal in the works, it happens soon. I can't think of a better Christmas gift than GIDPaul being sent packing. (Judging by the description of the thread, I'll assume that RibbieRhubarb is a fan of Larry Horse - he likey.) Queen Prawn
It will be Perez, Mota for Valentin, Konerko and Rauch...IMO. I like that trade. PK with one of my favorite NL teams (even if they haven't been the best in recent times) and the Sox improving with the trade.

SuperSteve
Question about Perez... I don't remember him missing the 2000 season because elbow surgury. Sun Times article said he did. Why and how bad was he? Link
