Al Lopez Ghost (old)
The White Sox website now has a seating chart color coded to let everyone know what seats fall into the premium category, along with the prices of all seats. Click on tickets, ticket information, seating and pricing. By the way there will be 42 games Mon-Thurs, and 39 for Fri through Sunday. I wonder what they'll do when a rainout changes moves a weekday to a weekend, or vice versa.
SnB
i like it, was a great idea to discount the weekday games, it WILL bring more people in
Rex Hudler
i like it, was a great idea to discount the weekday games, it WILL bring more people in Is it discounting weekday games or charging a premium for weekend games?
The Critic
Not surprised by this at all, considering the fewer number of seats. A lot of teams have "premium" ticketing plans for weekends, prime opponents, etc., so this isn't unusual or unexpected. But if the product on the field isn't worth seeing, they can charge whatever they want, because an unsold ticket at ANY price equals ZERO money coming in. SnB
oh..nevermind, that's only for season tix holders, well screw that then. I wish i had the money to buy season tix, i go to around 20 games a year now, but there's no way i could get full season tix.
mreye
I won't even get started on this topic again.
The Beast
Do they still have Half Priced Mondays, Pepsi Half Priced Tuesdays and Kids days on Sundays???
Harry Chappas
In 1997 I paid $10 for my seat. This up coming year they want $24. Sorry but that ain't gonna happen. The are losing season tickets holders quicker than the Blackhawks. Man they really know how to piss people off. If Bart is back I will reconsider. I want my seat price to move like their budget, bottom half of baseball pricing, where are they???
