Kempers Posted January 15, 2003 Share Posted January 15, 2003 Well I would rather have Vasquez due to the fact that he is cheaper, younger, not as fat (who know's how in shape or ready Colon will be from the stories I have heard...sounds like David Well all over again), AND he has another year on his contract after this one. cwsox Posted January 15, 2003 Share Posted January 15, 2003 pending on the prospect, at least the cost sounds reasonable, and Liefer was getting close to being a malcontent (can't blame a guy for wanting to start though) and was expendable, also I am wondering who from the bullpen and as long as it is not not Kock I can live with whoever, I suppose. And Willie Harris should play 2nd, didn't know that was a question, but the SCORE haing idiots on the phone is one reason I never listen - that and the fact that I live 217.4 miles away from the station.
