1549
I know the firing is old news, but I never had time to really give it much thought until tonight. I look at it this way, Reeves is one of the best coaches of this era, and knows how to handle a winning team. The Falcons have a great qb, and will be a strong contender entering next season. Reeves has a ton of playoff experience and gets teams to overachieve in the playoffs (until the super bowl where he usually gets destroyed). So why fire a guy that has such a winning history (9 playoff seasons I believe), when you our trying to win a superbowl. If the falcons were rebuilding it would make more sense to get rid of him. But since they are going for the trophy next year, IMO it is a dumb move
