Blue Jays (from Angels for Escobar) LA gets the Yankee's first rounder because they were one game worse than the Sox. Guest Hex Rudler
Six picks out the first 66. I hope the Sox budget accordingly so that they can sign them all.
maggsmaggs
They better draft some pitchers and sign all of them, I guess we are rebuilding for the future.
Texsox
Oh great, more prospects. 1 out of 20 may make the big league squad by 2008. Don't stop thinking about tomorrow
southsider2k5
We need to rebuild the whole system. We have drafted some key position players, but pitching is always the best place to start.
Texsox
I agree, but the minor leagues are becoming less and less fruitfull for the team that drafts them. By the time you home grow a pitcher and he's on your 25 man roster, the money issue kicks in and adios. How many picks out of your first 10 round picks would you package for a; Maggs? I'd give you all of them Lee? at least 6 Buerhle? at least 8 I'm too old to get excited about draft picks.
Gene Honda Civic
I see 4 twins picks in the first 35.... that's not good news if they can sign them.
The Beast
Its going to be easy, all you have to do is give them 2 mil a piece...
