As much as he possibly could have helped us Im glad we didnt get him. I sense a major dropoff this year from Pudge. As long as Alomar plays good D our offense will handle the rest... As long as Alomar plays good D our offense will handle the rest... 108 games, 400+ at bats= 19 hrs and 80+ rbi. those are some really good numbers for someone falling fast. He was way above that in 2001. Either way, that would just be an overload of catchers and Olivo would get less playing time. Good job passin that up Kenny...
