It's a forum that covers all the teams and has the same board style as this one. You'll find fans of all 32 teams on there and it is completely unbiased. You can post polls, pics, signatures and banners on it, and there are quite a few forums to choose from, ranging from NFC and AFC discussions to draft forums. The moderators who run it do a great job and again, are not biased. I've seen a few boards where the mods delete anything you post if you don't agree with them. You won't find that on NFL-Fans.
