Rose returns.........

Just caught the 3rd Q.

Heinrich is by far my favorite player even thhough he doesn't have a fraction Eddie, Dupree or Jamal's talent-- if only he could beat people off the dribble and penetrate, he'd be muc more dangerous and the defense would be stretched.

Yeah, they feed him the ball to start the game.

Then he doesn't get the ball the rest of the game.

Don't fool yourself. Watch Eddy without the ball. He just picks a spot and stands there. He makes no attempt to seal off his man and present a target for the PG's to get him the ball. Unless he knows the play is for him, he just stands there. What a player does without the ball the trueist indicator of his heart.

I think that Jamal is finally starting to penatrate.... I've been watching them lately because Im writing the Bulls recaps for ChicagoSportsReview.com... and He's learning how to score from other areas of the court besides the 3-point line.

That is the Skiles preaching finally getting to him. He is so much more talented than to be a damned spot up shooter. If he penatrates it makes everyone else more open and more dangerous. Heck if he would have learned this two years ago, there would have been no need to draft Jwill or Hinrich these last two years.

well I think Jamal proved this year that he is no PG... and thank god we drafted Hinrich because he plays with a big pair of balls when he's on the court.

Any question about curry's heart could have been answered when he was in HS... I watched him lose the State Championship game to a schaumburg team that had only one player over 6'6", who fouled out quickly, obviously. All that team did was try harder than Curry's, they were severly undermatched, yet outhustled Curry & Co. If a HS kid can't hustle and try his hardest in a State championship game, what makes you think he is going to try in a random game during an 82 game season against a team from Canada?

You don't like Heinrich? I see him as a more athletic, better defending and rebounding version of Stockton: once the dude learns the art of penetrating off the screens and actually HITTING a 2-pointer (he was 1 for 8 again today), he'd be a good-to-very-good point guard. 15pt-10as-4reb guy with solid D.

Also, there is no way Crawford handles the point. He is a natural #2 if I've even seen one. One of the quickest first steps in the game. Mediocre streaky shooter who needs to penetrate more, distrupt defensive schemes and get to the line. Asking him to set-up and distribute is like asking El Caballo to bunt.

Ok ok... now theres no reason to be knocking on Elcaballo. Ill have you know that 2 years ago, he had a bunch of bunt singles, but last year, it didnt work out in the first half of the season, so he rarely tried for it. Hopefully in the offseason, him and the whole team will work on bunting, because god knows we cant play small ball.

Settle down. I know Carlos is an average bunter, but the point is, WHY on Earth would you want your #5 slugger bunting!

Same with Jamal: penetrate and score or penetrate, draw double team and kick it out to an open Heinrich or Eddie for the dunk. And so forth.

Did I mentin Bulls are idiots for getting rid of SF Artest?
