Ha, people are so f***ing gullible. I don't care what diet you're on, if calorie intake > calories burned, you're not gonna lose weight, doesn't matter if those claories are meat calories, carbs, sugars, etc. You want to lose weight? Stop eating for three and get the f*** off the couch.

Amen. People want the easy way out. Best way to lose weight is to exercise and eat healthy.

Hate equally :D

 

Oh yeah, and like it has been said on this board, the easiest way to lose weight is to get out and exercise. Go out and walk or go out and take a jog, run on a treadmill, go to the gym, play some Bball, play some tennis, etc. It's not as bad some make it out to be...in fact, after I get done jogging, quite honestly, I feel refreshed.

At my store it seems like every f***ing food has a "carb watching" or "low carb" variety now, and people are buying 'em like f***ing crazy. Salad dressing, ice cream, frozen pizza, cereal. You guys are right, people are insanely gullible. As Brian from family guy once said, "PUT DOWN THE FORK."

Also....do you know how f***ing DANGEROUS it is to lose 20 pounds a month over a few month period?

 

I am sorry folks, there is NO SHORT-CUT. Exercise and proper nutrition, combined with some genetic luck will net you awesome results.

 

Resolve the emotional problems that lead to over-eating. Resolve personal/finacial problems that lead to avoiding the gym/personal trainer/nutrionist like a plague. Get over the body ideals that are shoved down your throat. And watch your weight go down slowly but surely but gracefully. Over 6month-year period, you'll lose 30-40 pounds and will be very HEALTHY while doing it, with little chance of relapsing.

 

Or you can line Adkins people' and Dr. Phil's pockets.

It is NOT natural.  .

 

4 month/80 pounds loss is NOT safe. 

 

Even for a teenager.

f*** no I don't mean like that unless you weight 1766455347657986654564.00001 pounds. I have dropped 15+ in a week before and had really no ill consequences, granted I put the weight back on not too far there after.

Exactly. Diets may work, but chances are that you will not be able to keep that weight off.

That damn Cialis commercial just came on so I thought I might warn everyone once again that a four hour errection is not normal and that you should contact your doctor immediately.
