Chisoxfn
Good signing by the Twins, but he wasn't exactly great last year. Still, he's a solid vet, but by no way is he as good as Mike Jackson. Why didn't they bring him back.
toasty
not sure about jackson, but fetters does have the ability to be good, and we dont need another sox killer over there!

DonkeyKongerko
I don't know. Talk out of the Minnesota boards has been pretty negative regarding their "standing pat" offseason. They lost Ortiz and added Fetters. Their staff was not as good as it was the first half of 2001. Mientkiewicz had a severe downturn also which should have raised some more worries in the front office than it did. I look for their bullpen to be strong again and their Twinkie Dome record to be pretty dominant again. Still I can't think that several players on the roster have had their career years in the past 2 seasons.

Chisoxfn
Well, I'd say they now know what it feels like to be Sox fans most of the time, but there owner is even worse.
CubKilla
I look for their bullpen to be strong again and their Twinkie Dome record to be pretty dominant again. I don't think the Twinkie bullpen will be AS effective as last year..... JMO though. Alot of those guys in the bullpen had career years too. I just don't see the bullpen replicating 2002's success. Chisoxfn
One thing I guarantee is that Guardado flops big time. They don't have a closer, plain and simple. He can easily prove me wrong. They will be much worse in relief, and thats where you win a lot of the close games.
Cali
One thing I guarantee is that Guardado flops big time. They don't have a closer, plain and simple. He can easily prove me wrong. They will be much worse in relief, and thats where you win a lot of the close games. I also hope Everyday eddie flops, but I especially want J.C. Romero to flop BIG TIME, mainly because he has a gay boyband name I think his name is Juan Carlos Romero, why not Juan Romero, or Carlos Romero? One thing that was great last season, the first time he faced the Sox, he had only given up 4 ER all season long, than he proceeded to give up 4 ER in one inning to the Sox, including a Paulie smash, Also I think it was an ESPN Sunday Night Game, he gave up a shot to Maggs, and the showed J.C.'s face, and he could say was "Damn!" Because he thought he could get him out on an iside pitch or something to that effect...
witesoxfan
I know what you're talking about Cali...and then Maggs turned on it and it was just a rope out of the park....I remember that, because I was cocking my little bro all night long about that game and how the Sox demolished the Twins...I think the final score was 14-4 or something like that. I also remember Paulie's homer....because I called it. Then again, I was calling everyone to hit a homer that game...so it came as no surprise!
