SuperSteve
Also a JYD for AAron Mckie rumor. I had heard that one. I don't really mind that one as much. What I don't understand is why don't they trade a few players for a very good player? Get a real superstar.
Goldmember
Also a JYD for AAron Mckie rumor. JYD-i'm assuming junk yard dog? i would hate to lose him. he has so much enthusiasm and is exciting to watch him hustle. howevever mckie is a stud and i think could teach crawford a few things. i really only keep up with the bulls and haven't much time to follow other players/teams. checked philly's website and saw he only played 16 min their last game against the wiz. is he hurting/injured, having bad year or what? I like JYD's enthusiasm, but he misses wayyy to many point blank lay-ups for my taste. I mean this guy has absolutely no ability when it comes to finishing a play. I know he's not here for offense.... but it hurts the team alot when he gives away "gimme points."
Chisoxfn
How much does Stackhouse make, because thats a deal that definately would fit for the Bulls. He could easily play the 3, although Jerry isn't exactly the greatest defense player. Why would Washington do this unless they are getting like a first round pick with it or someone with some promise. Unless they really want to unload him, but Erob isn't exactly have a contract coming up. And I would make the JYD for McKie deal. McKie's contract is a little more friendly, but to me he brings something the Bulls desperately need, a good permimeter defender as well as a good perimeter shooter. Would be a great shooting guard off the bench. I mean Gill is out and isn't really a long term answer. Anyone know how many years McKie has left on the contract? Chisoxfn
Here is the Stackhouse rumor I've heard. It would be Stackhouse for Erob and a 2004 1st round selection (top 3 protected). If the Bulls fall in the top 3, then they would get next years 1st round pick. This would be a good trade for the Bulls, imo. I think this would end the speculation of the JYD for McKie deal, but I still believe that deal would still make sense, cause the Bulls still have Davis, Chandler, and Curry and supposedly that Fizer for Giricek deal may happen still (and the two other players, who I'm assuming would be waived). Has Stackhouse won whereever he's gone? The guy is a loser, and ballhog. we need someone who can take a team by the reigns and lead em to playoffs. There aren't many people out there like that.... but Stackhouse 4Sho aint one of em.

Chisoxfn
The rumor I've heard on the radio (Instead of reading) is Quentin Richardson to the Bulls for Jamaal Crawford. This is one Crawford deal that I would do. I'm a huge Richardson fan. The Clips could use a point guard and this deal would make some sense. Heck, I wouldn't be shocked if Fizer went along in the deal and the Bulls got the Clippers taller point guard (Name is slipping me right now, but the Euro player). This way the Clips get a guy that can reasonably run the point for when Kobe comes a calling and they get two guys in ending contracts in Crawford and Fizer. Fizer would probably be gone, but I think they would keep Crawford, but first sign Kobe. Just a guess.

I'm not sold on Q for JC, but the Bulls do need a 2/3 type.

Chisoxfn
Here is what I would do: Trade One: I'd deal Crawford and Fizer for Quentin Richardson, Marko Jaric, and (If Pax could get him Melvin Ely). (This trade works under the CBA rules; With Eli or without him) Trade Two: Deal Jerome Williams for Aaron McKie and Amal Mcaskill (contract ends this year); Most likely would be waived. (This trade works under the CBA Rules) Thats it, the Bulls new lineup PG - Hinrich, Jaric SG - Qrich, Aaron McKie, Dupree, Gill SF - Aaron McKie, Eddie Robinson, Dupree, Scottie Pippen PF - Chandler, AD, Blount C - Curry, AD, Chandler If they get Eli, then he would fill a definate need down low, but I am assuming they draft a big man in the draft. Hirnich and Richardson is an outstanding back-court (Both good defensive players). You have the 6th man of th year in McKie, who could handle the sf position with help from others and then down low you add depth and I think they could get Ely (Remember the rumored Fizer for Jaric and Ely deal earlier). The Clips want to get rid of these ending year contracts.

If I did that deal, I think it would definately make sense. Giricek is a solid 2/3, while Lue would be a very strong back up point guard. I'd cut Shammond Williams or Brunson.
