SkokieSox
All broke to camp early with the pitchers. They had their physicals and are now conducting their own informal hitting drills. www.whitesox.com
greg775
Glad to see them there early. I can't think of three players we need more to have good years. Except for our sluggers, of course. Paulie, Lee, Frank and our questionable pitching staff.

Flash Tizzle
Is it wrong for our players to take the iniative and arrive early? Blatantly obvious this shows their committment to this team. Not to mention it puts a good spin with the media: three unproven players have took it within themselves to arrive with pitchers.

HuskyCaucasian
I can hear the thoughts in Rowands head now... "I hope I dont lose the starting job again. SkokieSox
is konerko in camp early??...if anyone needs to redidicate himself its that guy Not to make excuses for him, but he got married this offseason-the reason he wasn't at Sox Fest- so that's a reason probably why he isn't there yet. Konerko is known to be a hard worker.

greg775
Maybe that's why we didn't give up and trade Paulie. Hard work is bound to pay off. I hope he hits .281 with 39 home runs and 109 rbis.

Konerko is known to be a hard worker. Paul had a great second half and is back on track. Spring training is a week or two too long anyway so reporting on time is all we need. Paul, Frank, Maggs, Carlos, et al, will be working hard and playing the game the right way for Ozzie. I hope we don't have to hear that all year long. We're gonna have fun this year... Anyways, i dont think its a big deal that players dont show up early. Its not like they are not training at the locations they are at now anyway. Although, this makes me wonder about Frank, if he doesnt get traded, i wonder when he'll show up.
Steff
is konerko in camp early??...if anyone needs to redidicate himself its that guy Paul got married OVER a MONTH ago.. he lives an hour from ST.. and he's not there yet. upnorthsox
Well if Kong shows up this weekend that'd be early enough for me, in fact I wouldn't be surprised at all if reports from today's workouts contained sightings of alot of position players.
