The Sox do count the number of signers and will turn people away over the limit so if you really want Frank, you should get there as early as you can, because Frank will have a line. Show up early, what's the worst that can happen? Show up later, what's the worst that can happen? I am amazed sometimes how early some people get in line. So go for what you want.
