danman31
Meanwhile Roger Mason Jr. is playing well in Toronto with VC and Alvin Williams hurt. This is a perfect example of all the clutter on the Bulls. They have too many young guys that haven't been given a chance to show what they can do. When these guys go somewhere else they play well. Crawford is going to turn into a star when he leaves. He has been given a chance, but I think the coaching or the system is screwing with him. He needs a new setting. southsider2k5
Not a big surprise. They kept saying if they couldn't pull off a two for one deal that they would sign somebody new.
Nokona
I liked Mason Jr. since his UVA days.

The Raptors couldn't have loved him too much To go and sign glover to play over him.

My money's on Jamal Crawford signin with Denver in the offseason. They hav plenty of cap - space and he'd fit in nicely not bein da first option to score on that team like in Chicago. Wouldn't suprise me to see him in New York for the mid level exception either.

Remember when they had Brand and Artest and people got all impatient so they ended up dealing them. Pissed me off when they got Rose and basically threw Artest in. The Bulls problem is they seem to expect things to happen over night and a bunch of 20-24 year olds isn't going to be able to win in the NBA, its just not going to happen. And dealing Mason Jr. was terribly stupid. Rick Brunson is freaking useless, absolutely useless.

The Bulls will offer him at least the mid level exception, but I do think Denver would be a good fit for him and I"d look for his career to take off being able to play alongside a playmaker like Carmelo. SoxFanForever
I'm sorry, I just saw the title of this thread and busted out laughing here in my chair. Too funny.

Denver's first 2 FA targets are Erick Dampier and Quentin Richardson so if they don't get Q-Rich, I think they'll settle for Crawford. Erik Dampier dunks it to tie the game with 2.5 left on the clock. Brunson sitting on the side of the bench. Outta knowwhere "What the f*** BRUNSON BURNER!" Well they are first going to try and give the money to Kobe. And if Quentin hits the market, I'd gladly find a way to swap Qrich for Crawford. Richardson is the better of the two players, at least with the Bulls needs.
