EvilJester99
Makes one wonder... would they have done this for the Sox?? I somewhat doubt it. Do the scrubs have a sharing interest in ATA??

cwsox
Nope. It was Southwest Airlines. are you sure? I thought it was ATA too. So who is calling ATA tomorrow and telling them you are no lonegr going to fly their airline? Posting here means a lot less than telling them straight out
CSF
Whenever the Sox games were on TV on WGN, the last sponsor aired was usually Southwest Airlines. I'm pretty sure of it.

ATA is wanting to put asses in their seats. Where can you find a better market than Cub fans for a multitude of asses?
DonkeyKongerko
Southwest Airlines sponsors that camera that looks down at homeplate from the bird's eye view at the Urinal. The Plane-View cam or whatever it is they call it. Don't ask me why I know, I really wish I didn't. Now you know too.
Queen Prawn
I heard it last night while watching Stephen King's new series. I just rolled my eyes and went back to my book while waiting through commercials.

Texsox
Yeah how could they possibly think a commercial featuring a future HoF pitcher would be better than one featuring the Sox biggest off season aquisition - the nice new leather chair for JR. I'm sorry, Uribe couldn't be a spokesperson for Checker taxis. Maybe Zero? It's a Cubs town and after this season, we'll be lucky if we get coverage on page 14 of the sports section. It's a nightmare I tell you.

It was funnier than hell.
