Gene Honda Civic Posted March 5, 2004 Share Posted March 5, 2004 They played a good game... I was surprised to see them running a match-up zone in the first half. That's a complicated defense. I know Leito(sp) has connections to Conneticut, but i don't ever recall UConn running a zone defense with man-to-man principles.
