I was listening to the radio and they played this commercial. Autobarn car dealership. The funny part was the British guy talking was talking a shot at Wirtz. He said " If I ran my business like the owner of Chicago's hockey team. I would raise prices, fire my best 2 salesmen, lock the water closet and charge to use it, and have my secretary answer the phones rudely. I was cracking up. Its about time people start nailing Wirtz.

I don't think Foley displayed any lack of class. He's a broadcaster, that is what he is supposed to do, tell the fans about the team and the players. I certainly thought nothing of it when all the Mets media and announcers were talking about what a bum Alomar was when playing for the Mets. This kind of thing happens all the time.

I work at the airport in Chicago, and met Dale Tallon before he was named to his new position. This was about a month before the Hawks signed Ruutu, and we talked about some issues. We spoke about Ruutu, and he told me that the Hawks would be signing him, they had to because there fanbase was depleting. I told him that I knew Alex Zhamnov, and he spoke highly about Alex, and said it was unfortunate what had happened to him when he got his DUI last year. When I told him I knew Krapotsev, he was very down on him, said he disliked him very much and that he is a "drunk". So it didn't shock me to see him gone, I was just wondering what took so long.
