southsider2k5
Tattoos are taboo for Toronto pitcher Justin Miller. Baseball told Miller he must wear long-sleeved shirts under his uniform when he pitches because the tattoos on his arm are a distraction to hitters. More than 50 percent of Miller's body is covered by tattoos. "We had [umpire supervisor] Jim McKean come in the other day and said that someone had complained about Justin's tattoos and some of them are colored," Toronto manager Carlos Tosca said. "All they have done is ask that he wear sleeves when he pitches."
Texsox
Interesting, I'm surprised they didn't make Colon wear a bra. His chest was distracting
Goldmember
i saw this last night and thought about posting it. to me this doesn't look like a guy that would be all tatooed up:
EvilJester99
I don't see a big deal in all this. Tatts are popular like those Mr. T type necklaces everyone use to wear. Some still do I believe.
Chisoxfn
If it distracts a hitter, and I could see how it does, then this is a good ruling. When you watch baseball, very rarely do u see any tatoos, its kind of odd considering all the other sports (except Hockey) you see them all the time.
