mreye
What time do the parking lots open on opening day????????? In my experience, they'll tell you 2 hours before game time, but they're open way before that. I think you'll be safe to get there at 9:00. quickman
I have never seen the lots open at 9am, but who knows maybe this time they will.
quickman
from the sox web site Fans should arrive at the ballpark early to avoid traffic. Tailgating is permitted in Lots A - F, which open two hours before game time. Gates to the ballpark also will open two hours prior to game time. Controlled Chaos
I have been there at 8:00 am for a 1:00 game....there is someone workin the lot and they'll let ya in. The line for the gate at the bullpen bar starts at 8:00- 8:30 for any big game...cubs, yanks, twins. and those games are usually 12:00 or 1:00 starts.... How can the say the parking lots open the same time as the gates....that is such a crock...

Controlled Chaos
Maybe they dont want everybody...but for the few diehards that want to BBQ and have a few beers they let you. They know there isn't gonna be thousands that show up that early..... If the gates open at 11:00 I guarantee people will be in the line at the BP bar gate at 9:00.... Mr. Showtime
I called the Uribe homer by the way. I was sitting on my couch, and I know he swings for the fences all the time. So I said to myself, "he's gonna hit one in this game."
Controlled Chaos
I guess everyones questions are answered about what time the parking lots are open. I got there at 9:15 and there were at least a hundred cars there already. Where did everyone tailgate? We were on the east side of LOT C against the fence. Kick ass Game!!!!!!
