Dick Allen
In his latest column, Gammons has the Cubs winning the World Series. He predicts Colon and Wood as Cy Young winners as well. Considering he is never right, in fact, couldn't be more wrong in most instances, these prognostications are reasons to rejoice on the South Side. SoxAce
And Wood was on the cover of Sports Ill. as wel. How much ya wanna bet he gets injured and the cubs colapse? BTW, I also saw Prior and Wood on a magazine (forgot which 1) before Prior's injury. Well, I'm trying to scare cub fans about that.

BobDylan
Most players predicted to have a 'breakout' year end up playing awful. I remember a lot of writers picking Paul Konerko to win the batting title last season...well, he was only about 80 points short.
