Mr. Showtime
They've flopped 2 years in a row. Nothing to get excited about until they actually start to perform like they should. Ding.
whitesox247
One tidbit of advice.... Never bet it all with the White Sox....never ever. Ever since 1919, betting on the White Sox has been a jip....if all 4 teams in the AL Central died in a plane crash(hypothetically speaking), the White Sox STILL wouldn't win the division if you put money on them. has a whole team ever died in a plane crash? Okgoh
This ain't 1919 and I refuse to die before the Sox win it all. Which is more important ? Life-long hopes and dreams or money on a bet? Take my last 20$, but let me live to see 1 Sox Championship!
Guest hotsoxchick1
get excited?? nope... get a little hyped up ??? nope.... im just going to take it one day at a time and not let anything get me too excited about anything because i have been high the past two seasons about things we have done in the off season and i refuse to let my hopes get up like that again without seeing something first........lol............so no excitement here.. at least not till opening day tailgate and the first few bottles of margaritas are down my throat.......... greg775
Great post about 2b, ss, cf and catcher being question marks. They say you have to be strong up the middle to win and on paper we aren't very solid up the middle. I like Jose V of course, but I don't know about Jiminez. I think Harris is a stiff. I trust you all that Olivo will be good. I like Rowand myself. Last year proved we can't get too excited even if we have a good April. witesoxfan
Moss is a heartless scum bag that is too high on himself to do anything, because he's a douche bag. The kids got talent....but if anyone in the NFL is a John Rocker type, it will be Randy Moss. He constantly gets himself into trouble....showboating, making harsh comments, running over traffic officers, and going public about s*** like that. You know, in his first two years, I didn't hear much about Randy Moss's big ass mouth. Those were his two best years. After that, he started to suck, and this year without the protection of Carter by his side, he blew chunks. Good riddance. He'd better hope that the Queens sign someone good this year to be a good receiver, so all the DBs aren't on him all day long. I'd still rather have him over Keyshawn Johnson though....Keyshawn has good hands, and that's it....he doesn't have speed, he doesn't have a good arsenal of moves, he doesn't score touchdowns, he is cocky as hell and he has a huge ass mouth....he thinks he runs the NFL. Too bad he's not even a top tier receiver. I wish them the worst for the rest of their careers.

Speaking of margaritas, are you ready to assume your role aboard the Little Boat once again? I've heard you've been refining your technique, and your margaritas are even better than before! I so can't wait to taste more of your margaritas on the Little Boat...Makes my job as Head of Entertainment that much easier. Oh, and I'm just flying sky high over the possibilities for this season! YASNY
Excited? .... Damn right I'm excited. I'm 45 years old and still get excited about baseball every year. Just like a little kid breaking out the old ball glove for the first time in the spring. I look forward to the pitchers and catchers reporting to spring training. I look forward to seeing the first highlight of a spring training game. I look forward to seeing the Sox on WGN when they show a ST game. I look forward to opening day with all the joy and optimism can muster. Then, by May.. reality sets back in. Oh well. *Sigh*
