FUCKREINSDORF
8 great innings. He wont let anything get by him. After those 2 horses*** errors by Valentin,it really makes you realise how important this guy is to the Sox pitching staff as a whole. This was his 1st career start at Yankmee Stadium.Think sCrUBS fans are panicking?? Paywad (A-Rod) isn't hitting.Neither is "Jeetah" (Jeter). Commsioner Gordon should pick up the Batphone soon. (The reason I say this, for those who don't know,is that one nickname for New York is Gotham City).
SoxAce
Don't forget the other high paid players Suckfield, and Giombli.

The fans were fleeing. I agree with you with the way the yanks are hitting. there biggest hitters arent doin well.
BridgeportHeather
Ya think Manuel would've let him stay in this long? I highly doubt it. That's one of the many positives Guillen has over the Tinkerer. Buehrle was smokin out there, and, according to Hawk, he was facing flu-like symptoms. Perhaps he should face such symptoms more often... I've noticed that Buehrle's getting a lot of what he lacked during the first half of last season--run support. Buehrle is going to win many ballgames this year.
NUKE_CLEVELAND
8 great innings. He wont let anything get by him. He had some serious ownage yesterday. If not for JosE6 he would have had a cg shutout. I know it's early but I think he'd gonna be in the running for the Cy Young this season. I know it's early but I think he'd gonna be in the running for the Cy Young this season. It was just 2 years ago that he was an inning away from 20 wins. If he stays healthy and gets the proper run support he'll be a canidate.
flippedoutpunk
Hopefully Loaiza and Garland follow in his steps

Fortunately the seasoned Yankees fans behind first base are still highly alert, as a holdover from the Knobloch days. Talk about fan endangerment... Talk about fan endangerment... Good experience for them wasn't it, unless u hav sum1 like Cosmo Kramer standin on the dugout gettin hit by a baseball. YASNY
Buehrle has already had one deserved win purged from his record this year. Hopefully that will be the exception, rather than the rule, this year.
Texsox
Interestingly the announers yesterday felt that Garland was going to be the ace of our staff this year followed by Mark and Estaban. That would bode well for the Sox. In a must win game this season I would want Mark on the mound ready for a CG.
WHarris1
It really does show you something how he bounced back after Jose had TWO errors.

Hopefully that will be the exception, rather than the rule, this year. I hope you're right cause that has happened far too often to this guy. He lost about 10-15 wins in his time here cause of that. elrockinMT
Since I am relegated to TV games for viewing Sox baseball and have seen Mark B pitch in game one and yesterday in NY all I can say is I love the guy. I always look forward to watching Buerhle. He is the master on the mound and pitching the way he has in his first two games just makes me nelieve he will have one heckuva a good season. Really you have to say the same thing about ELO and Garland too. Shoe did fine and today we get to see how Wright will respond.
