MurcieOne
Cottsy I love Cotts... but he's a starter, this bullpen s*** is just a formality until we realize danny wrong isnt gonna cut it.

zach23
Damn, it is windy today. I am sitting here watching construction debris from the new houses blowing through the sub-division. From the direction it is blowing though, I would think it is blowing in from RF at the cell.

CWSGuy406
I, for one, will be happy next season when Beltran ISN'T in a Royal Uni. Lets just hope a team like the Tigers doesn't grab him. That would be pretty sweet if we got him, but that would probably mean no Mags. Brings up an interesting question: How much will Beltran want? And, who would you rather have, Mags or Beltran? I'd probably take Mags, he's the face of our team - I hope they get done resigning him soon.
southsider2k5
If it's 3-1 in the ninth.... who do you give the ball too? I match up lefties vs Damaso, and righties vs Politte.
SAVVY18
Way to take some pitches Frank!
MurcieOne
I match up lefties vs Damaso, and righties vs Politte. So bullpen by comitte? I worry about doing that.... I think Damaso has earned the job... but if he's not healthy... well were in sort of a pickle with the pen.

gsoxs1
I think Adkins could be a good closer. He did it in the minors. I like Politte in the setup role.
southsider2k5
So bullpen by comitte? I worry about doing that.... I think Damaso has earned the job... but if he's not healthy... well were in sort of a pickle with the pen. Like I said earlier, I HATE to lock Damaso into the 9th. He is way to imporant in the 6th-8th innings to pigeonhole. That is why is he has been so valuable to the pen... he is always in the game at the important time, not just the 9th inning. southsider2k5
12, so he's right on pace. Not unless he throws 150 pitches...
MurcieOne
I think Adkins could be a good closer. He did it in the minors. I like Politte in the setup role. Adkins would be an ideal closer... Good fastball and a good Slider, he could end up being what Billy Koch was supposed to be.
