Texsox
As I said there is no way we should expect E-Lo to maintain last year's pace.
whitesoxin'
Bring on the Yankees! What a series it will be. I can't wait to go Tuesday! (Hopefully, if my dad will agree to go)
The Bones
Keep it going into the 12-game homestand sox. 2 of 3 from the D-Rays is no small accomplishment. Ask the Yanks how easy it is to beat the "lowly" D-Rays.
flippedoutpunk
Bring on the yankees!! I'll see all you guys there tuesday i hope!
YASNY
A good all around game. Great pitching. Good defense. Good Baserunning. Timely hitting. All in all it's agood day to be a Sox fan!
cwsox
as long as I have to work on Sunday and not see the televised game, it is better with us talking the series

The Bones
Is it just me or do the cubs get a half hour post game show when they're on WGN and we get Fresh Prince 2 minutes after the game's over?
greasywheels121
3.23 ERA for Loaiza now...w/ that lovely 3-0 record...... All the critics were right, Loaiza will never have another season like 2003. He'll have a better one.

gettysburg32
Cincy 5 Cubs 3 middle 5th Maddux is b****ing at the HP ump about balls and strikes, no word yet about today's usage of garbage. But the Cubs "fans" are booing at every slight opportunity. :puke Alou, Ramirez, Lee due up for the Cubs.

kapkomet
Today's the first game I've gotten to watch pretty much start to finish. And I liked what I saw, guys trying to do the small things to help the team win. And let's hope that Frank's injury is not too serious. Hammy injuries suck. Hopefully he can get some trainers to stretch it out and he'll be none for the worse and wear.

chunk23
The ball wasn't fielded properly, and Willie never let up.
southsider2k5
Just reading the game thread, what did Willie do on his double that was so amazing? It was nothing more than a bounding ball past the 2nd baseman, into the hole between 2nd and 1st. The RF was slow getting on it, and Willie busted ass into second. Great, great, hustle. Let me be the first to say Corpseball is D-E-A-D.
Gene Honda Civic
Let me be the first to say Corpseball is D-E-A-D. It does make it's appearences, like in yesterdays' game when carlos didn't hustle into second, or even bother to slide, on a bunt to sacrifice him over late in the game for an insurance run.
