Old Socks
They just won two out three on the road at Tampa without much offensive help from Maggs. He's due to hit a ton at home this week. This could be a really big week.
UofIChiSox
We might need it with no Frank and no Valentin if they can't go, but I'm sure Uribe will be fine at short and Gload can do well at 1B/DH too.

sox4lifeinPA
yeah, I heard that too. He and Frank both have hammy issues, right now. both are day to day.
YASNY
Jose was sitting for Saturday's game, and replaced during Sunday's game because of hammy trouble. EDIT: Correction. Valentin sat out Friday's game, not Saturday's.

I can't recall the year but I remember how much the hamstring problems bothered him and how painful it looked when it struck him on the field. Jose's going to try and let this one heal properly so he doesn't go through the same discomfort he experienced then.

southsider2k5
I'm not worried about Maggs. He will be fine. Plus the sooner his deal gets done, the better.
Texsox
Sorry, it was my fault. I had him as my PTC.
HuskyCaucasian
I'm sure Uribe will be fine at short and Gload can do well at 1B/DH too. I have a feeling that we will be seeing the infield for next season. From left to right: Crede, Uribe, Harris, Konerko. Even though they are playing Uribe at 2nd a lot, I think he is really Jose's replacement in waiting.

I am liking what we are seeing for the next few years (contracts hoefully worked out) Olivo, Kong, Harris, Uribe, Crede, Lee, A-Row, Maggs I think that would be competitive in our division for the next 3-4 years.
