BrandoFan
His one mistake to some NY scrub notwishtanding, the guy has been solid. When he gets comfortable out there, his balls will start missing corners by an inch instead of by a foot and he'll be untouchable for RH and not much easier for LH. Kudos to Kenny. DonkeyKongerko
His two seamer or whatever it is that breaks away from lefties is nasty. Especially when combined with his 67 mph change up that makes batters look SILLY.
CWSGuy406
Good to see you make a positive comment, Brando! JK! Yeah, Shingo is very fun to watch. His pitches are so slow and they move so much, yet when he needs to, he throws his heater at 87 MPH and the hitters are actually flustered by it. He hits his spots and has very good control. Who says velocity is everything?
Gene Honda Civic
I think shingo is a High Risk/High reward type guy -- he could easily come in and strike out the side -- but He can also give up the a few longballs if a hitter can recognize his stuff Either way -- as I said in the gamethread -- I like watching him pitch -- He's just fun to watch. BrandoFan
He throws more than 2 pitches.

He's called to help fill in the role of Rick White. Trash's ERA last year was 6.60. If Sheeeengooowww and Danny can cut it down to 4.00, it would be fantastic. Similarly, Koch's magic numba is 4.40 Politte's - 3.50 Marte's - 2.50 Then we need a Wunsht replacement....Why is Munox starting again? Cali
Then we need a Wunsht replacement....Why is Munox starting again? You couldn't have butchered those names anymore.... That change up that Shingo struck A-Rod out on a couple days ago was FILTH-Y. He made A-Rod look like a complete fool.

SoxAce
Shingo has some insane, nasty stuff. Plus, hitters haven't seen him before so that's at his advantage anywayz. I love watching him pitch.

BrandoFan
How many o-e-o's can the White Sox have? Olivo, Magglio, Shingo... I dunno, this introduction is so-bad-it's-good, and as such not restricted to one player. O-e-O Doug-Menkevich has a nice ring to it.
