striker
Yeah they're ERA is low but it seems like every inherited runner this year has scored. Like the two just now the Politte inherited.
BobDylan
One guy gives up a triple and the jury is out on a bullpen that has been stellar for the most part. To quote Ozzie, "Wow. I mean, wow."
Wise Master Buehrle
Yeah they're ERA is low but it seems like every inherited runner this year has scored. Like the two just now the Politte inherited. You should be talking about how lame our offense has been.

kapkomet
You should be talking about how lame our offense has been. Nobody's above .300 anymore except Uribe. Their BA's are plummeting.
mac9001
You should be talking about how lame our offense has been. Yeah, i'm much more worried about our offense than the bullpen.

kapkomet
We've never been a cold weather team. That's just the facts. Yea, and if they have a good record going into May, that usually bodes well for the season. The next week is very important!
WSoxShuf
I thought I heard had the 3rd best pen in the league. I love Shingo and hope he can be used more.
witesoxfan
I would like more depth in the bullpen, but it has been fine so far. Get a good pitcher for the 5th spot in the rotation(be it Cotts or a starter brought in), move Wright into the pen, and you have a pretty solid pen. WHarris1
Rowand should have caught the ball that allowed 2 runs to score.
whitesoxin'
The bullpen is the least of our worries right now. They have done a good job if you ask me.
Gene Honda Civic
The bullpen has been fine -- there has been two bad outings by koch and marte -- and aside from that they have been rock solid -- If you don't like our pen -- GO root for cleveland, TB, or KC -- Then comeback and tell me we havea bad pen. The Critic
Yeah they're ERA is low but it seems like every inherited runner this year has scored. Like the two just now the Politte inherited. If Olivo doesn't skip that throw in to 3rd, Cliff never has to throw the pitch that went for the triple. It's a team game. Credit and blame get spread around. 18th game of the year..............11 wins, 7 losses......reeeeeeeelaaaaaaax........
greasywheels121
Ha...Why are we putting blame on the bullpen. With the exception of opening day, the bullpen has been solid.

BrandoFan
If you think the pen is in the crapper.... Compare Politte to Gordon and Adkins to White same time last year......
CSF
Ha...Why are we putting blame on the bullpen. With the exception of opening day, the bullpen has been solid. Don't forget Koch's meltdown vs KC with a 3 run lead. Fortunately, the hitters picked him up and won that game!
