mreye
Who watched it? What did ya think? s***ty way to end a very exciting race if you ask me.
Queen Prawn
Agree 100% - I also think Tony needs to be parked - he will hurt someone soon with the way he's been driving. If Waltrip hadn't been blocking Rudd the way he was, he would have been top 10 instead of 16.

Queen Prawn
But NASCAR bans blocking. I'm sure that didn't happen at the end of a race. They claimed they were warning drivers over the radio, but I doubt any of the drivers were taking it seriously.
mreye
I saw what Stewart did, it didn't seem that bad compared to some of his other antics.

I'll bet Busch disagreed as well as the other 9 drivers knocked out , but that's my point - all season he has been overly agressive causing accidents that needn't happen. For whatever reason, NASCAR doesn't seem to want to deal with it.

Goldmember
stewart has been driving with his head up his ass this year. i like the field is frozen rule instead of racing back to the the flag but they should allow if its near end of race that the lap total be frozen too and let them finish the race under green... I understand the need for the rule, but it isn't working as well as I had hoped. Most races this year have finished with about 15 (and in some cases less) cars on the lead lap because it is so tough to get a lap back now. I agree that races need to finish under the green. This caution lap crap has got to go - they also need to get the track cleaned quicker. The caution with 20 laps to go was a perfect example of NASCAR taking WAY too long to clear the track and get back under green. Forgot this vent earlier: Waltrip - :fyou - learn to drive you numb nut!
1549
I am just glad to the #24 car back in victory lane. It wasn't the cleanest race, but it is hard for me to complain considering my favirote driver won.

1549
There are only 3 drivers I despise: Dale Jr., Harvick, and of course Stewart

mreye
To both of you! I don't like Harvick. You can take or leave Stewart. I hate Gordon (of course). My wife likes Ryan Newman. (She went to Purdue as well.)

LOL! My favorite drivers are Jeff Burton and Ricky Rudd. I like Ward Burton too. downside about having the burton brothers as your favs is you can't understand what they're saying... Queen Prawn
Jeff actually has no accent...now Ward...he sounds like whatshisface from Slingblade (which is why I call Ward that). I guess the ongoing joke that Jeff tells is that Ward came from the southern end of the house.
