CWSGuy406
I agree this season was a disappointment for the Hawks but Ruutu showed after december why he is considered one of the best young stars to come up. Man he is going to be awesome...but I bet as long as Wirtzy owns the Hawks as soon as Ruutu asks for more money... He will be awesome else where.... Yep. He's the total package, he's got a rocket for a shot, plays good defense, and can just knock the crap out of you if you got your head down going through the neutral zone. I was hoping the Hawks would have gotten pick 1 or 2, Ovechkin and Ruutu would be a nice combo. I guess Olesz is considered the Czech-like Ruutu with a little less hitting and a little more offense. Back to the game, I hope Thomas keeps this mindset all year. He is getting on base at a very good rate right now, let's hope it continues. Lee grounds out, fielder's choice. Runner on first, one out. Konerko up.

EvilJester99
I bet the Dodgers are kicking themselves for not making a trade for either Frank or Paulie.... both are doing great thus far.

Yeah, plenty of people are kicking themselves right about now. I can think of a number of posters on this site who are guilty There's no need to name names. You know who you are. CWSGuy406
They'll probably still end up w/Magglio by the deadline :finger I think they're actually pretty happy with Encarnacion, Bradley, and Green as their outfield.
EvilJester99
They'll probably still end up w/Magglio by the deadline :finger The Sox better resign Maggs...How the hell can they expect fans to take them seriously when they won't even resign their own home grown superstar? Plus I am sick of the kids can play crap all the time.
FlaSoxxJim
I'd like to see that too. But, who comes in for the 9th? Billy Koch? Yeah, go for broke if we're up by 2 or more then

CWSGuy406
Shawn Green is playing 1st I believe I thought Ventura was at first? I could be wrong though, I don't see many Dodger games. Cotts, 1-2-3 inning! That a boy!
elrockinMT
KKK! I am holding out hope that Maggs rsigns with the Sox too. But, I wonder if any team needed someone like Maggs it might be the SF Giants? They need a big hitter behind Barry Bonds.
