Steff
Did anyone hear about this..? Several members of the Army were sent home and will possibly be brought up on charges? I heard a blurb on the news last night and now I can't find anything about it.
DBAHO
Just saw this story on the late nite news down here. Apparently sum soldiers hav been torutring Iraqi's, and pictures were taken with cameras, with the Iraqi's blindfolded and their hands tied behind their backs, sum naked. And there were Americans smiling and laughing in the pictures. One U.S Army General said that this would not be tolerated, but expect a backlash from the Iraqi's. Steff
Was there something about attaching wires to their bodies and making them stand on a cardboard box on a wet floor (ideally for the soldiers the POW would fall off the box and electrocuted)

I'm tryin to find a news article on it rite now, but it looks like Slick Tex beat me.
Texsox
"If we can't hold ourselves up as an example of how to treat people with dignity and respect, we can't ask that other nations do that to our soldiers." Brig. Gen. Mark Kimmitt I couldn't have said it any better. I would be outraged if another country was treating our prisoners that way, we cannot have it both ways. U.S soldiers went into Iraq to stop that kind of stuff and to hav their own soldiers doin that is just wrong. Let's hope they are caught and dealt with.
