NUKE_CLEVELAND
If Shingo is called Mr. Zero I think we can safely start calling Crede "Mr. Sac Fly"
gettysburg32
Great win for the SOX! Solid start by Buerhle (too bad he didn't get the W). Crede 2-run HR and the GW RBI. Uribe keeps on smoking (now at .409!). Despite losing the lead, the pen overall did a quality job, especially Shingo. Get a broom and come back for Game 2! gettysburg32
Politte 10 pitches, 7 strikes Marte 17 pitches, 13 strikes (maybe one or two wild ones would actually have done Marte a little good) Shingo 13 pitches, 9 strikes The good news, yeah these guys are probably done for the rest of today, but they should be fine by tomorrow, so not too much damage to the pen so far through game 1 of 3 in barely 24 hours. gettysburg32
Also, 4 sac bunts and a sac fly. When was the last time the Sox had 5 sacrifices in one game?

SoxFanForever
Delgado pops up to Lee for 2nd out. Everytime the ball is hit off his bat it looks like homerun... I was thinking that too, the guy has such a nice swing and he is so strong.
cwsox
Delgado pops up to Lee for 2nd out. Everytime the ball is hit off his bat it looks like homerun... oh come on, what is this, Bad Depth Peception Night? SoxFanForever
Willie is on the bench, not Uribe. Juan is at 2nd now.
Flash Tizzle
Let me be the voice of Brando, shall I? "Danny Wright once again escapes an inning despite getting hit hard. Through the course of this game, balls will begin to drop for hits and those deep flies will become homeruns."
Mr. Showtime
Willie is on the bench, not Uribe. Juan is at 2nd now. Well, I'm not crazy. WGN had Harris as the 2nd baseman when they showed the Sox defense.

So for you and Brando, this should have been "Free Depth Peception Test" Night and "Take Wellbrutin for Depression" Night?
