CSF
Listening to the Score, they just said for the next couple of weeks, the Sox will go with a 4 man rotation.
1549
i gotta go with diaz I agree with J.Reed about Cotts, but I am not sold on bringing up Diaz. As good as he is, I think he is a young guy that will be better off staying in AAA for now. Rauch on the other hand is down to his last option (I believe), and Grilli is an older guy too. So I feel we should see where we stand with those two, before we turn to the young guys. As for Cotts, like I said, I agree he would not be a bad choice. I would like to see him to continue working on his control out of the pen before we throw him into the fray.

The Bones
We've got an off day this Thursday and then again on the next Monday, so guys will still get their 4 days rest. I wanna see what Rauch has one more time before we go to Cotts or Diaz.

RNemz43
danny wright should not be allowed to come within 500 feet of any major league ballpark, unless he's watching from the bleachers. how can this guy be a starting pitcher in the major leagues? Rex Hudler
http://www.futuresox.com/modules.php?op=mo...order=0&thold=0 Hey Alex, have you seen an official word on a transaction wire for this move?
SoxFanForever
There was something on rotoworld I think if you want to check that out Rex.

Rex Hudler
Birmingham has three catchers, so one of them is probably headed to Charlotte. Danny, since he pitched today, probably won't be activated on Charlotte's roster for a few days, allowing them to add another catcher before they have to move someone else. My guess is Aceves. He is an organizational type guy who tends to get bounced wherever they need him. He also plays the least of the three Birmingham catchers. CWSGuy406
Damn, I read an article from a link on another website (sorry, i don't have the address) that says that Ozzie just said the purpose of this is for Danny to get some work in between starts, nothing permanent. f***. :fyou HE CAN'T START! QUIT TRYING TO FORCE A SQUARE PEG INTO A ROUND HOLE! IT'S NOT HAPPENIN'!
cwsox
One song comes to mind: Nah Nah Nah Nah, Nah Nah Nah Nah. HEY HEY HEY GOOD BYE! directed at one of our own? can't buy that DW never went out there to try and lose one can want him not starting or not itching as much as one wants and want him sent down as much as one wants but to taunt someone when they are as down as down can be, one of our own - not cool not cool at all

I am as much of a Sox supporter as anyone. I will NEVER, EVER, cheer for a person/team to lose, in any state of mind. I just really have never liked the guy (not personal or anything, just the way he pitches), even during his 14 win season. His velocity isn't so high as he can just blow it by hitters, his control/movement has never been very good either IMO. That being said, I do think there's a spot for him in the bullpen. He's succeeded there, and I think there's a lot of us on this board who feel that way. Sorry that you took it harshly. My apologies, I'll try to word it differently next time. Wise Master Buehrle
No confidence in Danny here. He was terrible tonight. He's recovered from his injury but still can't seem to get it done. He was boo'd pretty bad tonight.
UofIChiSox
My take, but then again what do I know? Burke is up now, but in two days Jose will be back, so either Burke or Dransfelt go back down. The FutureSox blurb said that it left Charlotte's infield thin, but they will have one of those guys back soon. I'm happy Wright is gone for now. I am starting to think that those 14 wins were a fluke and the 12 losses were not, as are most of you. As for the four man rotation, if they can do it, fine, because I think that so far each of those four guys have given us a good chance to win the vast majority of the games they start while Wright has not and another completely unproven fifth most likely would not. Pastime
Speaking of Turd Ritchie, he took my drive-thru order at Arby's earlier this evening. However, he tossed the bag 3 feet to the right of my window. Oops.

Pastime
No. But an inexperienced GM from another Arby's store took a chance and exchanged him for two young and up-and-coming beef slicers that show real promise. Let's see how it all works out.
