1549
Barry Bonds was intentionally walked four times last night. On one hand I can see why opposing pitchers are doing this, but damn I want to see the guy swing the bat.

If he isint gonna be punished for juicing himself up then the next best thing is to take the bat out of his hands and make him mad. :fyou Bonds! WHarris1
He is on pace for 279 walks... And probably won't even qualify for the batting title.

Nokona
Barry is not juiced. If you look at his body, he still has the same body form as he did just with the muscles. You look at Sammy's body and he's ballooned.

If he isint gonna be punished for juicing himself up then the next best thing is to take the bat out of his hands and make him mad. :fyou Bonds! The funny part is that even without THG, growth hormone, etc Bonds is STILL one of the best players of the second half of 20th century and a 1st ballot HOF'er. Which is different from Sammy Sosa and Giambi who were all-star caliber talents but without de vait'mince they probably wouldn't have gone on to put up HOF numbers -- not even close to 1st ballot anyway. Bonds just got super-greedy. He wanted Ruth's ass on the plate. He wanted to be a legend talked about 150 years from now. To accomodate that ego, his head grew two sizes....literally. Asterisk would be nice, but if that doesn't happen I'll be content knowing what a f***ing sham Berroids (and Sosa and Giambi and Big Mac) really is. Words for the day: vision; recovery time; strenght; batspeed. Water the flower-bed.

Bonds and Giambi, however, were clearly guilty.
Nokona
Some internet guru guy decided that he could find a new way to find that people's faces told they took THG? People didn't know what THG was until the offseason. I find that hard to beleive

southsider2k5
Hate Barry Bonds all you want. You all will be telling your kids about the guy.
iWiN4PreP
i duno if this is old talk but heres my opinion Would you pitch to a guy who has the numbers he has? Like 10 or so homers in small ab's where he wasnt walked? Hes deadly, i wouldnt throw a decnet pitch at all to him.
Gene Honda Civic
He is on pace for 279 walks... And probably won't even qualify for the batting title. The batting title goes by PA's not AB's -- He needs to have 502 PA's to be eligable.
BrandoFan
Hate Barry Bonds all you want. You all will be telling your kids about the guy. And that proves what exactly? People will be people. Monica Lewinsky was the most talked about person of 1999. So what, garden-variety notoriety ain't = merit/achievement, so color me unimpressed. And, again, Bonds would STILL be regarded alongside Willie Mays and Mickey Mantle even WITHOUT the Beast Juice. He is still one of the greatest players of 20th century. He would get his legend one way or another. Now he's just irreparably damaged his legacy, and while the moron majority will be yakking it up about his breaking the Ruth record and stuff, TRUE baseball fans will KNOW Berroids and his ilk for the shameless cheaters they are/were. I pray my future kids won't be the hype lemmings/controversy vampires. They better f***ing not be.
SuperSteve
The Giants should stop b****ing. It is part of the game, why would other teams try to get him out, when they can get his s***ty teammates out?
