sox-r-us
They said it tonight....Buerhle vs Ponson COOL When is the last time ESPN/2 had the White Sox on twice in one freaking week? I have never seen them twice on ESPN/2 before the A/S break or after the A/S break ever. I do find it odd that they are showing the Sox-Os again on wed night baseball at 7ET/4PT. I do not remember them showing the same two teams play twice in one week unless it is the Wrong Sox vs the Spankees
knightni
Bah.. my idiot cable operator will black it out. I don't even have Fox Sports Chicago at home and they still black out the games on ESPN because my cable company has Chicago's ESPN feed. :fyou
sox-r-us
I swear someone else here from Mich said they get the games on ESPN/
knightni
Just because you live in the same state doesn't mean you get the same cable company's sattelite feed. He lives in Lansing.. I live on the state line.. towards Chicago.

When I come home from a game, Berrien County looks like a great place to live A house I really want just went back on the market in Kalamazoo and I am bidding on it tomorrow. If that comes through, I can move and cut an hour off my travel time each way. The only other place I want to live is on Stadium in Ann Arbor... Or you could live in Indiana and knock another hour and a half off of your drive each way, not to mention a whole lot cheaper to live in. greppson24ottondo
yeah, on monday night i was getting the game on espn 2 and i live in the southwest suburbs. so maybe tomorrow night we won't be blacked out either. but who cares about espn if you got hawk and dj up in the booth, i mean c'mon. cwsox
Or you could live in Indiana and knock another hour and a half off of your drive each way, not to mention a whole lot cheaper to live in. but knightmi said I don't even have Fox Sports Chicago at home and they still black out the games on ESPN because my cable company has Chicago's ESPN feed. If living in Berrien County means he could not get the Sox because they were blacked out as he said above, how would living in Indiana "we are so original we named our city after your state help? I am asking seriously as to that. And what are the job opps in law or title work in your area?
knightni
Actually.. housing is cheaper in Michigan than Indiana due to the new property taxes. I live only 20 minutes from Indiana... but I am not in a position to move right now. I work in Indiana.. but aside from FSN Chicago.. they black out the ESPN games there too... PS... Michigan City is named as such because it used to be part of Michigan (along with most of Northern Indiana and Northern Ohio.) The Toledo War gave those areas to Indiana and Ohio.. while Michigan gained the upper peninsula.

Michigan City is named as such because it used to be part of Michigan (along with most of Northern Indiana and Northern Ohio.) The Toledo War gave those areas to Indiana and Ohio.. while Michigan gained the upper peninsula. And the Indiana boundaries were changed before it became a state so that there would be access to Lake Michigan, and the vital shipping lanes it contained. Michigan City was in the Michigan territories before they were founded. Also Don't forget LAKE Michigan was named before the territory was. Michigan City was founded way before Indiana statehood. As a matter of a fact just east of MC is Bailey Homestead which was the first permanent house build by settlers in this general area. ( I guess the lake effect snows of Berrian County were too much ) As to blackouts, I miss zero Sox games a year. I get FSN, WGN, WCIU, and if the game is blacked out on ESPN because I live close enough to Chicago they are forced to put the game on another channel. The only way I don't see the Sox on TV, is if they aren't on at all. And finally as to legal jobs, I have no idea. I work in Chicago because jobs in trading are nonexsistant, unless you want to sell mutal funds and/or insurance.
