CubKilla
Maybe the baseball world is waking up to the fact that Chicago's best RF'er is on Chicago's SOUTHSIDE!!!!!
whitesox247
and maggs is also rated #10 out of the WHOLE major leagues ya better believe it 1. A-Rod 2. Guerrero 3. Soriano 4. Johnson 5. Bonds 6. Martinez 7. Helton 8. Giambi 9. Pujols 10. Ordonez
Soxplosion
Heltons a good player but because hes playing in Coors he shouldnt be number 7. If you play 81 games in Coors your numbers will be rather inflated. And I wouldnt put Pujols ahead of Maggs and maybe not even Pedro so in my book Maggs would be 7th or 8th... Still, being tenth is pretty darn good...
baggio202
where is brian giles????...the guy is carrying a carrer ops of close to 1.000..he is over 100 points higher than maggs...how is he not a top ten outfielder???
HawkDJ
How can Bonds be #5? When you have an on-base percentage of .582 you better at least be in the top 3. Maggs, Pujols, Soriano,Giambi and Helton are all very close.

CaliSoxFan
Bonds is probably rated that high because he is Mr. HomeRun. Probably didn't get that high for his defense ability, but than again I could be wrong
Jim Ian
Those list were from a fantasy page, so defense and other intangibles were not taken into consideration. Those ratings are purely from an offensive standpoint, which explains why guys who hit a lot of homers, like Bonds & Helton (Coors field a a fantasy BOO-YA!) are so high... Either way...... Mags still rocks!!
BridgeportHeather
Booyah!!! http://mlb.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/mlb/fantasy/...playerId=150324 Oh, and WTG, Maggs! We all knew you were better than SamME.

BridgeportHeather
At 2B, Harris and Jiminez are listed 21 and 22 respectively. Hopefully Harris would be in CF, as Jiminez can't play there, and Harris obviously can.
BridgeportHeather
As for SS, Valentin is listed at #15.
BridgeportHeather
This'll make RPS happy...Crede is ranked #19 among 3Bs!
BridgeportHeather
Frank is #2 among DHs. I find it ironic that all the players on that list are in the AL!
BridgeportHeather
As for starting pitchers, Colon is #10 and Buehrle's in at #18.
BridgeportHeather
They have Koch as #15 in the relievers list! Oh, check out who is #29 on that list! LOL!
BridgeportHeather
In conclusion, it is apparent that we have MANY quality players here! I find it ironic that the only position where the Cubs have anyone ranked above a Sox player is at 3B, and Bellhorn isn't ranked much above Crede. THAT is a statement the Cubune must take close look at. I am stoked about this season...We're going to go far!

Maybe we shouldn't pay this much attention to this ranking if Bellhorn is ranked above Crede. That's a f***ing joke. :fyou
BridgeportHeather
BTW, check out my new avatar!!! Check out his positioning. He is staring at a home run hit ball that came off his bat. That's gonna be happening plenty of times this year!!!
cwsox
If Bellhorn is ranked above Crede, then this thing is whacked.
BridgeportHeather
If Bellhorn is ranked above Crede, then this thing is whacked. Yea, I agree...Just on the 3B thing though. The others are all right indeed. I think part of it was that Crede didn't even play a third of last season. Had he played more, showing his value, he would have had more value.
