How about a spending limit with a dollar for dollar donation to an approved non profit, non political group? Donate a dollar, spend a dollar. Balancing freedom of speech issues with reality is tough. I argued this before. If dollar vote=freedom of speech, then the impoverished have zero voice. That is the part that I have a problem with.
