MnSoxFan
Not sure who started today, but Charlotte is up 3-1 after 7. BTW, Ginter leads IL in ERA and has 2 BBs and 19 Ks in 21 innings, mercy.
MnSoxFan
Diaz now 5-0, Valentine now at .037, Reed 2 hits and 2 walks. Big homer for Bobby Smith. http://www.sportsnetwork.com/merge/tsnform...px?GAMEID=14105
Gene Honda Civic
I like to see JR taking those walks. His K/BB ratio was out of whack early in the season. He seems to be being more patient at the plate as of late. He's at 9BB's and 14K's now -- About a week ago it was 3BB's and 12K's
Chisoxfn
Walks have never been a problem with Reed. I'm guessing he was just in the midst of adjustments and such. I'm ready to see him called up. I really think sometime in the next few weeks he's gonna be in Chicago.
Cerbaho-WG
One mroe "mediocre" start by Diaz and he'll be pitching in the #5 slot. I really hope to see him, hell maybe he pitches the 16th against the Twinkies and I can scout him for you guys.

Gene Honda Civic
What does Diaz throw again? I know I used to know, but I forgot... Strikes -- Which is an upgrade over wright -- he's struck out 31 this season while walking just 4. -- In his outing before todays, he threw 98 pitches, 73 for strikes. Nah, prom is the 14th so I'll be completely burned out on the 15th. I will absolutely be there on the 16th though.
MnSoxFan
Haigwood now 3-1 as Kanny wins 9-4, Haigwood, maybe my favorite minor leaguer in the system, was terrific, Lopez not so good in relief. Everyone contributed, Young, Valido, Gray, Schnur etc... http://milb.sportsnetwork.com/merge/tsnfor...px?GAMEID=12079
danman31
Anybody know how Orionny is back on the club? I thought he was sent back to extended spring training.
MnSoxFan
Must not have been, I thought maybe he did cause yesterday I saw Flores was pitching and on the Kanny roster and Lopez was not, maybe he was taken off for one day and then brought back, due to needing a starter for DH. Also, Deininger is back, so they are at least 2 over roster limit, someone is gone.
MnSoxFan
Here is latest roster, Flores on it, Lopez and Reynoso not, Reynoso is on W-S roster, he was not earlier was he? http://milb.sportsnetwork.com/merge/tsnfor...r.aspx?team=L31

Chisoxfn
I don't have a clue whats going on with the roster situation in Kanny. Usually they are really good about getting their releases out. I'm guessing something was going on where they had a player available or they made some sort of switch since it was a double header.

Rex Hudler
If Anderson stays in a groove, I wouldn't be surprised to see him in Birmingham before too long... With Blakely, Franklin and Murphyas three of our four outfielders, I wouldn't mind seeing Anderson here pronto, if he will hit.
danman31
Well let's see him keep this up for another 2-3 weeks before even talking about it. He has 2 4-6 games which have him hitting .290. Outside of those 2 games he is hitting .211. I'm just happy to be seeing him hitting well at all.
