1549 Posted May 10, 2004 Share Posted May 10, 2004 A news blurb in the Bergen Record last week mentioned that Moises Alou pees on his hands to make them tough. A follow up over the weekend said that Jorge Posada also admits to doing it, and says it is sort of a tradition for Latin players. In addition to trying to toughen up the hands, they do it when ever they have a cut on their hands. Pretty gross and interesting at the same time.
