DonkeyKongerko
I'm no doctor but I'd say his streak is in serious jeopardy. How sweet it woulda been to see the streak broken by another O's shortstop.

whitesoxin'
If he doesn't play tomorrow, I can say I saw the longest current streak broken in person.
CSF
To keep that streak intact, I don't mind if Tejada pinch-hits.........in the late innings..........with a big lead for the White Sox..........with nobody on base.

Technically, I don't believe that would keep his streak alive. The "iron-man" streak is consecutive games started IIRC.
ChiSox_Sonix
as long as he misses the next couple games, i'm good, lol

gettysburg32
yeah, it's just games played in, doesn't matter how many innings, started, etc...
DBAHO
Miggy says he's playin tonite, But Tejada later said the pain had mostly subsided in the trainer's room. "I'm going to play [tonight]," Tejada said. "I can walk good. I don't feel any pain." Tejada had a similar injury in spring training and returned to the lineup two days later. He will undergo a magnetic resonance imaging exam today, just to be sure there's no structural damage.
