$51 million Colonoscopy

I remember this guy dominated the Yanks last year in Yankee stadium. Tonight the Yankees have scored 4 off him in 4 innings. I'll admit I wanted to see him re-signed this past offseason but not for the price the Angels are paying right now.

John Kruk would call him a good pitcher because he's 4-2 but the ERA will probably be up near 5.00 after tonight.

I understand what you're saying, but we know JR doesn't spend Steinbrenner money on this team. A great deal of us would be complaining if we signed Colon to a deal that large and he pitched like this; especially since we would have traded players away to make the deal work.

Colon is 4-2 His replacements are 0-5

How big would that be in September?

My point is don't judge Colon v. Estaban or Mark or Scott or John judge him against our 5th starters and as much as I am happy that Neal is getting a chance, and would greatly prefer Neal at 4-2, and on his way to $51 mil., Right now, Colon looks good to me.
