MnSoxFan
Charlotte in a slugfest, down 6-5 early, maybe Borchard doing some more damage. Kanny 2-2 in the 4th W-S later, Lamura on the bump Barons with day off.
MnSoxFan
Yofu hurts his own cause with 2 big errors, 5 unearned runs, Charlotte loses. Borchard 1-4 with a ribbie, Paz stays hot as does Dransfeldt. Big homer for Nelson and a homer for Hank. Nice relief. 2 dingers for Marvin Benard on other team. http://www.sportsnetwork.com/merge/tsnform...px?GAMEID=14919

aboz56
Since he didn't HR today, I am changing Joe's status down to "simmering". Thanks for the update MnSoxFan
MnSoxFan
I saw Kanny lost 9-8 in 15, no box yet.
danman31
Kanny lost 9-8. They lead 7-2 after 7 and a 8-6 after 8, but lost in 15. Valido had 2 hits with 2 RBI. Brice went 3-7, a HR short of a cycle. Schnurstein had 4 hits with 2 RBI and 2 runs. Haigwood was solid in his start. Box Score
Rex Hudler
I noticed they had Wasserman trying to close the game in his 3rd inning, and after a rough 8th inning. No wonder they couldn't hold the lead.
SoxAce
Hate to comment on a prospect out of this organization, but this Ryan Roberts kid from charleston has really worn kanny out. 2-4 yest. I believe against McCarthy with 2 homers and 0-2 today but 5 walks!!! No wonder there was a high walk rate for the Kinny pitchers today and he probably scored alot of their runs as well. MnSoxFan
Tisch has been a big disappointment.
Rex Hudler
Tisch has been a big disappointment. He was a starter at the beginning of the year, was he not?

danman31
Hogs won 7-6. Everyone in the lineup got a hit. Nanita had 3 hits, Sweeney 2, Anderson 1 with an RBI and a run. Rogowski hit his 10th HR of the season.Box Score
MnSoxFan
2 hits for Amador, at .280, if he walked more than once a year he would be valuable, some of best speed in org, good glove, finally hitting, last I looked 0 walks and one HBP. Palehosefan
Holy Crap!! 2 hits for Amador, at .280, Every year he's barely hitting .200 and always gets moved up regardless. That would be awesome if he finally hit. Next up, Guillermo Reyes :-).
Rex Hudler
Reyes has had an eye problem and has had trouble seeing. He just recently got glasses and is now wearing them while playing. Keep an eye (pun intended) on his progress in the coming weeks to see if that makes a difference.
Palehosefan
That would be awesome if he could improve his hitting, we can always use an Omar Vizquel type :-).

Palehosefan
But its better than the .202 OBP of the past
