Cerbaho-WG
Claimed from the Royals. Started one game against the Yankees and was shelled, resulting in a demotion back to the minors. Don't know anything other than that.
Palehosefan
http://mlb.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/team/player....layer_id=433278 Looks like he just turned 25 and his first MLB start was against the Yankees, Cotts like. Could be a solid pick-up as it looks like he just froze and lost control to get shelled with 4 walks.

redandwhite
The Red Sox snuck away with pitcher Mark Malaska after a similar situation in Tampa. Some of these players who are left without anymore options and are forced to pass through waivers are real studs. It's always worth it to grab someone like this whos been good enough to deserve a promotion and only 25 years of age. nice.
Rex Hudler
He wasn't out of options.... he must have been added to the 40-man roster for one start and then taken back off when sent back to the minors, causing him to have to clear waivers. Chisoxfn
Seems to of done a solid job everywhere he has went. He's given up less hits then innings pitched everytime in his career and has solid strikeout numbers. Of course the Barons are pretty full pitching wise, but you can never have too many arms I guess. Actually the Barons are down a pitcher right now. Their starters are Munoz, Meaux, Phillips, Ulacia and Bullard. Bullard needs to be back in the pen. The Barons also have back-to-back doubleheaders June 1 and 2, so they are really short handed.
Chisoxfn
Hey rex, have you seen much of Meaux this year? If so, does he seem to be a guy that has potential as a starter or do you feel he will eventually move back to the pen if the Barons ever get a 5 man rotation set up without him. I'm guessing if Wing and Honel didn't go down he would of eventually slid to the pen. I forgot about Yofu getting optioned up. My brain has been sputtering lately, lol. southsider2k5
Wow. Those rainouts are really going to kick Bham in the ass. Hey Rex with Bull making his last two start impressively, do you think think there is any chance he could stick in the rotation ala Munoz? Why not Meaux back to the pen, Bullard has done a much better job starting??
Cerbaho-WG
Why not Meaux back to the pen, Bullard has done a much better job starting?? Because Meaux shouldn't be in the pen with a mid 80's fastball.
